BREAKING: O'Malley Nominates New Democratic Party Chair

(Big news for Maryland Democrats. - promoted by Andrew Kujan)

Well, that was quick:

Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley (D) will nominate Michael Cryor, a communications consultant based in Baltimore, as the next chairman of the state Democratic party, according to people familiar with the pick.

I don't know anything about Cryor other than he headed up the "Believe" campaign in B-more and appears to have connections to lots o' dough.

Anybody else got any dope on Cryor? Would like to know...since me, Tony S, and a few others here are going to have to vote on this guy June 16th.
