This, and a few other items after the jump, are posted in honor of those sweet but poorly informed kinfolk of mine who sent out some, uh, "interesting" e-mails during the recently concluded Presidential campaign.
With all the claims from certain quarters questioning the facts of President-elect Obama's birth, I'm surprised that Concerned Patriots never cited the following, which certainly looks all official-like 'n' stuff (from here, via Jesse at Pandagon):
Simple and naive minds might interpret the following photo (source, via Bob Cesca) as showing a young Barack Obama at the beach with his grandfather. But after hammering down a case of PBRs while watching a Tom Clancy movie marathon, a different interpretation may well emerge - early Islamofascistocommunistoelitist beach assault commando training (jeez, people, do I have to spell it all out for you?!?):

And finally, regardless of our politics, let's hope that all the families involved in this past grueling campaign keep it together. Dress-up and role-playing can help keep relationships refreshed and strong, but folks need to choose wisely in these matters. I'm concerned that one of the couples here is doing it all wrong.
